How to use the automatic breast pump?

1. Wash your hands before pumping or handling the breast pump.
2. Position the breast shield against the nipple so that it forms a seal.
3. Turn on the breast pump to collect the milk.
4. Continue as long as milk flows.
5. When the flow decreases, you can either switch breasts or stop the breast pump.
6. Store the milk in the bottle in the refrigerator or freezer.

Tips for storing breast milk

Use a container with a lid to store breast milk. The milk must be consumed within 48 hours if you do not freeze it.

Reheat frozen or refrigerated milk in a bain-marie to feed the baby.

If the baby cannot drink all of it, do not refrigerate it again for storage; discard the rest and sterilize the container.
