Sales are intended for customers located in France. Delivery is currently only available within French territory.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are generally processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this cut-off time are processed and shipped the following day.

Without complaint, the Toys are considered accepted, without prejudice to legal guarantees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For any request, the Customer must consult the Return Policy available on the website.

A return period of 30 calendar days is granted, beyond the legal period of 14 days.
