Our Toys are shipped from warehouses located in Europe to guarantee fast delivery times in France.

Shipping cutoff time

Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (GMT) are generally processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after this cutoff time are processed and shipped the following day.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For any requests, the Customer must consult the Return Policy available on the website.

A return period of 30 calendar days is granted, exceeding the legal period of 14 days.
